Sources of Information
Proposal
The proposal document was used as an overall guideline for us to follow, for when filming our advert. Such as when we was actually filming, we related back to our proposal for how and what actions we was going to film and at what angles, also to where we was actually going to film. This document became very useful to us we could re-mind our selfs of actually how we wanted to film and where we was going to do it. If we was going to do another video, either amateur or professional, i would make it more detailed. Either that be of the shots, camera angles, where we are going to film, who is going to be in it and also when we are going to do it.
Contact Details
The contact details document consist of all the cast and crews contact details. This is a useful document for us to have, as if for some reason someone was late are the set was unavailable for what ever reason, we could contact them to warn them or see if they and when they are coming in. If i was going to do a professional contact list, i would have had to include a lot more people on it, also more detailed information such as their address and postcode.
Costumes and Props
The costumes and props documentation was used so that we could keep track and form a list of what equipment we needed exactly such as what colour cones and what type of ball, also what outfit our actors needed to wear and how to wear them. This document was very useful as before each time we filmed we had to go over the list to make sure that everything was on the set in the appropriate place before we actually shot the film. If this was for my next filming project i would make sure that everyone involved had a list that was for them personally, so that we all wasn't relying on one list that i had, but everyone could prepare for themselves making it easier and quicker for everyone involved.
Budget
This documentation was all theoretical as we didn't actually have to buy any of the equipment, as all the recording related equipment the schools media department gave it to us, our costumes was our own that we already had, the equipment used in filming such as ball and cones was given to us by the schools pe department and finally our filming location was the schools leisure centre, therefore we didn't have to pay a fee to use it, as it was a school related project. If this was a real / professional project then it would be a lot more detailed, making it very important. As this is a guideline for everyone to follow as they need to keep their spending below whatever they stated as their maximum.

Risk Assessment
The risk assessment documentation is important as you have to think of the safety of your cast, crew and technical equipment. For example if it rains the floors surface may be too slippery so it would be up to the group to assess the situation and decide not to film for the well-being of the actors, and also the equipment as it may get wet and destroyed if it starts to rain. It was quite useful as before we filmed we checked over the risk assessment list and made sure that there was not any risks where we was going to film, such as checking the weather before we left to make sure the weather was suitable. If we was going to be filming for real, we would of had a more detailed list of possible problems. Also we would have kept the list on us while filming in case anything came up, for example it started to rain, thus the risk assessment would have the appropriate cause of action to take in case of such an event.
Filming Location
Our location for where we did our filming was the Robert Clack Leisure Centre. This piece of documentation was not that important as all the people involved goes to Robert Clack, therefore we all knew were the leisure centre was located. If we was doing a professional film, this documentation will be very important as the filming would have been done in multiple locations, and all the people involved generally would have been from other areas, therefore they will not know where to / how to get to the destination.
Call Sheet
The call sheet would be a sheet of basic information, such as what crew and cast members are doing what, where and when meetings are being held (plus who has to go to each meeting), how we would get all the equipment and clothing, and also how everyone would be catered for. This documentation for us was not that useful as every member of the group new what they had to do, they knew where and when we was filming as every time we filmed in was during our media lesson plus we just meet outside the leisure centre. We knew that most of the equipment and props would be provided by the school, and what wasn't supplied we would already have at home. Finally everyone in the group knew that they would not be catered for as it was our project, so they knew if they wanted food they would have to bring their own, but there was a water fountain that everyone could use.
Overall
The most useful documentations was the contact details and the risk assessment, as sometimes there would be someone late, therefore we would need the contact details list to find their number so that we could get a hold of them to find out where they were, plus that person could also get in contact with us if there was a reason they wasn't coming in. The risk assessment is useful as we had to think of the groups and the equipments safety before we filmed, as if any equipment got broke or someone was injured we wouldn't be able to film anyway.
The least useful documentation for us was the budget and the filming location as everything that would have cost money for a normal filming company, we got for free as was either given to us by the school or we already had it at home. Also the filming location was not useful as we all knew where and how to get to the filming location, as we have been to it before and it is located on our schools grounds.
The documentation that need the most improving done would be call sheet as there could have been a lot more information put onto the sheet to make it more useable by all the cast a crew not just one person in charge of gathering it all.
